Yes folks this is Vincent, around mid story he gets a costume change and has a much greater ability to wield the Wrath. As you can see the Wrath is ALOT more than an arm gauntlet and a sword hahaha.
Vincent can make ANYTHING he desires with the Wrath although it puts a great toll on his body depending on just how he uses it.
